How to clean and maintain industrial touch LCD screens

The industrial touch LCD screen is a liquid crystal display with touch function. When the industrial environment is bad or the user does not operate properly, it will cause the industrial LCD screen to malfunction, so it needs regular cleaning and maintenance. So what are the cleaning methods? How to clean so as not to damage the LCD screen?

01choose microfiber cloth

Distilled water or target commercial LCD screen cleaner.

02Step/Method

①Choose microfiber cloth. This is an ideal material for cleaning LCD screens, some equipment will come with this cloth, or you can bring sunglasses with you.

② Please turn off the equipment before cleaning. It is usually easy to see where to shut down when cleaning equipment.

③Use a small circle to clean the screen, which is more important than brushing your teeth, which will eliminate most small defects.

03Notes

In order to avoid unnecessary troubles, please do not use overheating friction, and sewage cleaning. Because this will only cause dirt and scratches on the screen, you must clean it up afterwards.

When cleaning the LCD screen, avoid using abrasives. Unless the manufacturer clearly states the product's LCD screen, do not use any ammonia-containing cleaners. Ammonia may damage the screen.

Avoid spraying liquid or water directly on the screen, otherwise there is a danger of liquid leaking into the device and causing damage. Instead, spray the liquid all the way onto the microfibers, squeeze to remove excess liquid, and then wipe.

Do not use paper towels or toilet paper. They contain wood fibers that will scratch the surface of any plastic products. You may not see the scratches for the first time, but over time, your screen will look like it has been cleaned with very fine steel wool, which will darken and blur the appearance.

Do not press the screen hard while cleaning, otherwise the monitor may be damaged.

The above are the cleaning methods and precautions for industrial LCD screens. In short, it is to use specific cleaning products to clean and wipe in the correct way. Of course, users should also pay attention to correct operation when using, so as not to damage the industrial touch LCD screen.
